Myself and my husband were so lucky to come across Liz and her amazing expertise. We did a bespoke course, in our own home, based on what we wanted to know about antenatal and postnatal care. We had lots of information about antenatal advice and support and then it just seemed to stop after the labour part. Liz was so knowledgeable, and she prepared us for what was to come, she was realistic but not at all scary! And the guidance on breastfeeding was amazing, We then also had her come back and meet Betsie and help with feeding and all the other questions that we needed answering. again she provided this in our own home, We would highly recommend liz to any parents to be, And indeed to 2nd time parents if they feel they need some help.

As an anxious first time mum searching online without a clue, I came across Liz online and felt an instant draw. Me and my partner booked antenatal classes and it was the best decision we have made. The subjects Liz spoke about taught us so much. We felt totally at ease to ask any and all questions and it felt less like a class, more like having a cuppa tea and chat with a friend. ADHD often makes classes tricky but not with Liz. We both left with a big smile, knowledge and confidence with whats to come in pregnancy birth and the first months. Liz has been coming to our house to support me this past week. I have been so anxious about having baby home that i just could'nt seem to get on top of anything or get anything done. Liz helped with some basic stuff around the house and also cared for baby so i could have a long soak in the bath and relax. nothing was too much trouble for her, shes so kind and supportive we were lucky to have her. and i'm hoping she will do some babysitting for us in the future too.
